Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, please get in touch with us at hudzoleather@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram before sending your item. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions.

  • Damages/Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders.

  • Exchanges: The quickest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
